Sip Here...The Bridgehead Roastery

As if I didn't love my new neighbourhood enough, I just found out today that a Bridgehead coffee house is opening on Anderson street this week! For those not local to Ottawa, Bridgehead is a chain of fair trade coffee houses. The true sign your once decrepit, now hipster-ridden neighbourhood has turned over is a Bridgehead opening up. In the case of Little Italy, we're not just getting any Bridgehead, but a full roastery, described as the micro-brewery of coffee houses. Patrons will be able to enjoy their caffeinated delights as well as witnessing the roasting process in action. How cool is that??
