Wishing you all a lovely weekend! I'll be spending my afternoon chilling on our balcony, catching up on magazines...followed by a relaxed evening at home with Hubby and Season 2 of Mad Men!

If you need to beat the heat today...here are some of my favourite ideas for  healthy cold weather drinks!

David's Tea in Lime Bang...this is a great green tea with a citrusy flavour and almost creamy undertones. Make a cup, let it steep for an extra few minutes, and chill it with some ice. Also delicious with a bit of honey for sweetness.



Make a fizzy cherry juice "cocktail"...tart cherry juice has been shown to help with muscle recovery, and it can also help regulate your sleep patterns. Buy an organic, all juice version and mix a bit with San Pellegrino.



Make your own iced coffee...brew some strong espresso, and pour it over ice with milk, cinammon and cocoa powder. Lovely!
