This quote, from uber-chic former Editor in Chief of French Vogue, Carine Roitfeld, truly validates my theory that new tights are one of the BEST things about fall. Even if you can't afford to buy lots of new fall clothes, a new pair of tights will run you only a few dollars, and will add instant newness to last year's pencil skirts and sweater dresses.
