Sip Here...The Moonroom

Following our delish dinner at Tennessy Willems, S and I followed up with wine at The Moonroom, one of my favourite drink spots. In an unassuming old house on Preston Street, The Moonroom serves up a great selection of wine, and delicious snacks, cheeses, and desserts - you wouldn't know that it actually doesn't even have a working kitchen. Most of the food is fridge - to - table friendly. If you grab a seat at the bar, you can also watch the bartender heat up other delights with a blow torch - think bacon wrapped olives. This combined with the low key decor and an always bustling atmosphere will keep me going back again and again.
